From your favorite pizza spot to the service company you recommend to every neighbor, it’s time to recognize the businesses that help make Loganville a great place to live.

The first annual Best of Loganville Awards are here, and nominations are officially open! Presented by Loganville News & Events, The Loganville Pulse, and LoganvilleLocal.com, the 2026 awards give the community a chance to celebrate the local businesses they love and help others discover them.

Nominations opened October 1 and will continue through October 31. Voting begins November 1 and runs through December 31, with winners announced after voting closes.

Your nominations make a difference.

Think about the businesses that have earned your trust. Maybe it’s a restaurant where the staff remembers your order, a contractor who came through when you needed help, or a neighborhood shop you always enjoy visiting.

The Best of Loganville Awards are your opportunity to give those businesses some well-deserved recognition.

Nominations also help determine where businesses appear when voting begins. The more nominations a business receives, the higher it will appear on the voting ballot in November. That means your support now can help your favorites stand out when the community starts casting votes.

Nominate often throughout October, and encourage friends, family, and neighbors to support the businesses they appreciate, too. Nominations help position businesses on the ballot; the voting period that follows will determine the winners.

Classic cars, community pride, and support for local first responders will come together in downtown Loganville on Saturday, October 3, as the seventh annual Back the Blue Car Show returns from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Presented by The Master’s Car Club in partnership with the City of Loganville, the event will raise money for the Loganville Police Department and other local first responders, according to the city’s official event listing.

For residents looking for something to do Saturday, the show offers a chance to explore downtown, enjoy the vehicles on display, and spend time with neighbors while supporting a local cause. You don’t have to bring a show car—or know what’s under the hood—to appreciate the craftsmanship and care that go into these vehicles.

Along with the car show, this year’s announced attractions include a swap meet, a 50/50 raffle, door prizes, food and drinks, and 30 trophies for participating vehicles. The city also lists DJ music and food vendors among the day’s activities.

Car owners planning to participate can register their vehicles between 9:30 a.m. and noon. Awards are scheduled for 2 p.m., giving visitors time to browse the show before the winners are recognized.

For Dr. Daron Griffin and Dr. Leah Griffin, helping Loganville families pursue better health has been part of their work for years. Now, the husband-and-wife chiropractic team is expanding that mission with Three Fold Fitness, a new local destination for coached workouts, strength training, and community connection.

Located at 2887 U.S. 78, Suite 304, the fitness center celebrated its ribbon-cutting with the Walton County Chamber of Commerce on Friday, September 25. A public grand opening followed on Saturday, September 26, inviting residents to explore the space and meet the team. The opening announcement welcomed both newcomers to exercise and experienced gymgoers.

Three Fold Fitness describes its approach as coach-led functional fitness, with an emphasis on strength, conditioning, and results that carry over into everyday life. For residents looking for guidance and a regular workout routine, that gives the new center a clear focus: organized training with a coach leading the way.

There is also an accessible way to get acquainted with the gym. Its website lists a free community class on Saturdays at 10 a.m.—an opportunity to visit, meet people, and experience a workout before deciding on the next step. Published weekday classes include 5:30 a.m., 4:15 p.m., and 5:15 p.m. Residents should check with the center for the latest schedule and membership information.

Behind the new business is a family already rooted in Loganville’s wellness community.

Dr. Daron graduated from Life University in fall 2019. Alongside his chiropractic work, he describes himself as a wellness coach and speaker, with a professional mission centered on helping families and strengthening the community. In his published biography, he identifies faith, family, and service as guiding influences in his life and work.
