The Loganville Fire Department has secured the 2025 Walton County Health Care Foundation Grant, enabling the addition of two advanced LUCAS CPR devices to its emergency equipment.

This milestone means all three fire stations in Loganville are now equipped with these battery-powered machines, which deliver consistent, high-quality chest compressions even during patient transport.

The LUCAS devices relieve firefighters of the strenuous task of manual CPR, helping improve survival rates and outcomes for cardiac arrest victims throughout the community.

The Walton County Health Care Foundation, active since 2003, continues to enhance local emergency care through grants for essential programs and equipment.

Loganville’s fire and EMS teams—staffed around the clock—now have stronger tools for life-saving response, reflecting the department’s growing role in emergency medicine.

This investment marks a significant improvement for public safety in Loganville, offering residents greater peace of mind during medical emergencies.
