The Loganville Carnival has officially opened next to City Hall, kicking off ten days of excitement through May 10.
Crowds can look forward to more than 50 rides and attractions from Modern Midways, with favorites like the Double Sky Wheel, bumper cars, and plenty of kid-friendly options.
From fried treats to classic games and flashing lights, the carnival offers a lively atmosphere for all ages.
Admission is free, but wristbands are required for rides—priced at $30 if bought online in advance, or $35 in cash at the event.
No credit cards are accepted at the gate, so plan to bring cash or buy online before arriving.
Parking is available at City Hall, behind the Rock Gym, and at 210 Main Street, with reserved accessible spaces near the entrance.

Loganville celebrated the arrival of Pita Mediterranean Street Food last Friday, drawing enthusiastic residents and officials for its grand opening.
The Walton County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting, welcoming company founder and CEO Nour Rabai and Mayor Branden Whitfield among the crowd of local leaders and curious diners.
Guests enjoyed complimentary pitas throughout the evening, sampling the restaurant’s Mediterranean-inspired wraps, bowls, and salads in a lively, festive setting.
Located at 4211 Atlanta Hwy, this new spot brings fresh, fast-casual Mediterranean food to Loganville, with customizable options and a bright, modern dining space.

A multi-agency investigation led by the Loganville Fire Marshal’s Office has resulted in the arrest of Javon J. Heard, 42, of Lilburn, for allegedly setting several fires in the Loganville area.
The case began on March 26 with a structure fire in Loganville and escalated as firefighters responded to additional blazes on Logan Drive, C.S. Floyd Road, and off Atlanta Highway in quick succession.
All incidents were determined to be arson, sparking a coordinated response among agencies in Walton, Gwinnett, and DeKalb counties.
Investigators connected the fires and, using surveillance footage, identified Heard as the suspect.
One commercial fire caused significant damage but was contained by a fire-rated wall.
Heard now faces multiple charges, including first-degree arson and property damage, across several jurisdictions.
