Registration Opens for 22nd Annual Loganville Rotary Golf Tournament

LOGANVILLE, GA  — Golfers and sponsors are invited to sign up now for the 22nd Annual Loganville Rotary Golf Tournament, one of the community’s most anticipated fall fundraisers. The tournament will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, with a 9:00 AM shotgun start at The Providence Club in Monroe.

 

The event blends friendly competition, community spirit, and a mission of service. All proceeds benefit Special Kneads & Treats—a nonprofit bakery that provides free birthday cakes for children from families in need, while also offering meaningful work opportunities for adults with disabilities. Additional funds raised will support other Loganville Rotary projects and charities, both locally and abroad.

Sponsorship Opportunities

 

Local businesses and organizations can get involved through a wide range of sponsorship levels:

 

• Presenting Sponsor – $10,000 (includes 3 teams, tent setup, and premium logo placement)

• Major Sponsor – $3,000 (2 teams, hole sponsor sign, logo featured)

• Corporate Sponsor – $1,500 (1 team, hole sponsor sign, logo featured)

• Rotary Member Corporate Sponsor – $1,000

• Drink/Snack Cart Sponsor – $650

• Hole Sponsor – $300

• Cart Sponsor – $100

Sponsors also have the chance to place coupons in goody bags and donate raffle prizes, ensuring their businesses are seen and appreciated by all participants.

Tournament Highlights

 

• Format: Shotgun start at 9:00 AM

• Contests: Hole-in-one prize (a new vehicle), Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Putting Contest ($50 prize)

• Extras: Mulligans available (2 for $20)

• Meals: Breakfast and lunch included

• Fun Twist: Since the event falls on Halloween, golfers are encouraged to dress up. Prizes will be awarded for costumes!

 

Team registration is $600 per foursome or $150 per individual golfer. Pre-registration is encouraged, but spots are limited.
