LOGANVILLE — One of Loganville’s favorite summer traditions is back this Friday night as Groovin’ on the Green returns to the Loganville Town Green with an evening of live music, food, and community fun.
Residents are invited to bring their lawn chairs, blankets, and coolers and head to Downtown Loganville on Friday, June 12, for another installment of the city’s popular outdoor concert series. This month’s featured entertainment will be Atlanta-based band Bumpin’ the Mango, who will take the stage at 7:30 p.m.
Please note that this month’s concert is being held on the second Friday of the month due to the Juneteenth holiday schedule.
Known for their energetic performances and crowd-pleasing sound, Bumpin’ the Mango delivers a lively mix of funk, soul, R&B, pop, and dance favorites. Their performances feature a powerful horn section, strong rhythm lineup, and a setlist inspired by legendary groups including Earth, Wind & Fire, Chicago, Tower of Power, and The Ohio Players.
The free community concert has become a favorite gathering spot for families, friends, and music lovers throughout Loganville and surrounding areas. Along with live entertainment, attendees can expect food vendors, a festive atmosphere, and a chance to enjoy a summer evening in the heart of downtown.
The Loganville Town Green is located at 235 Main Street in Loganville. Music begins at 7:30 p.m. and will continue until approximately 10 p.m. Organizers encourage attendees to arrive early to grab a good spot and make a full evening out of the event.
